Junior Sales Representative – South Belgium

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to strengthen our sales team in the South of Belgium. You will be responsible for growing the commercial performance of our Delacre brand portfolio, ensuring optimal in‑store execution and building lasting relationships with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop distribution, visibility and assortment for our brands within the assigned territory.
• Re‑introduce products and propose orders aligned with promotional strategies.
• Implement planograms and continuously improve shelf presence.
• Execute promotional plans, monitor effectiveness and ensure correct POS implementation.
• Coordinate external merchandising activities and report sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce+).
• Analyze store‑level performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Trade Marketing and Merchandising to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics or a related field.
• First experience as a Sales Representative is ideal, but recent graduates with strong interest in FMCG and retail are welcome.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for financial and commercial analysis.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) platform.
