Junior Project Manager (French and Dutch speaking)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Junior Project Manager who is fluent in French and Dutch to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team. In this role you will support the delivery of strategic projects for Mastercard’s global clients, helping them navigate digital‑payment transformations and improve risk and fraud management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual consulting projects with minimal supervision, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Track project metrics, conduct complex analyses and prepare clear communications for clients and internal leadership.
• Develop practical recommendations based on data‑driven insights and contribute to team discussions on analysis implications.
• Collaborate closely with client staff and Mastercard stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and Dutch (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle detailed quantitative work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings to senior audiences.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced consulting environment within the payments industry.
