Junior Project Coordinator – Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to support our Life Sciences projects. Working under senior project leaders, you will help keep pharmaceutical and engineering initiatives on track through strong organization and communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to ongoing project activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and ensure information is accessible.
• Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes and track actions.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor actions, risks and deadlines, supporting scheduling and resource coordination.
• Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards and progress updates.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within the Life Sciences industry.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Curious, proactive, structured and eager to develop project‑management skills in a regulated environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles.
• Familiarity with regulatory constraints in the Life Sciences sector.
