Clinical Application Specialist – Sleep & Respiratory Care (Flanders)

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist will promote Philips’ sleep and respiratory care solutions across the Flanders region. You will work closely with professional stakeholders, KOLs and commercial teams to increase brand preference and drive clinical adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Increase brand preference and customer loyalty among indirect channel partners, DME’s and home‑care providers.
• Drive prescriptions and profitable growth by engaging physicians, nurses, technicians and clinical societies.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and clinical education to prescribers and patient organisations.
• Participate in local events, congresses and studies, providing toolkit requirements and localising marketing materials.
• Own and prioritise KOL relationships, acting as the local product manager for the assigned solution category.
• Monitor and report on KPIs such as brand strength, market share and share of voice.

Required profile

• Clinical knowledge of pulmonology, neurology, ENT, sleep or cardio specialties.
• Proven ability to influence KOLs and develop market strategies through clinical and marketing activities.
• Understanding of care pathways and ability to remove barriers to new clinical approaches.
• Strong business acumen, including awareness of revenue and margin management.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills within a matrix organisation.
• Problem‑solving mindset and experience with continuous‑improvement methodologies such as Lean.

• Competitive base salary ranging from €60,345 to €105,438 per year.
