Junior Production Planner

About the role

GIMBER is looking for a Junior Production Planner to support the efficient manufacturing of its organic, non‑alcoholic drinks. Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will bridge demand forecasting, supply‑chain coordination and factory operations to ensure the right quantities are produced on time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the production plan in line with S&OP.
• Secure capacity at co‑packers and align schedules with supply‑chain requirements.
• Create purchase orders, receive materials in the ERP system and guarantee material availability.
• Generate manufacturing orders, manage batch information and communicate production targets to co‑packers.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging and finished goods, tracking expiry dates.
• Analyse production performance, scrap levels and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on supply‑chain experience.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Resilient under pressure and comfortable in fast‑changing environments.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI (bonus).
• Experience working with an ERP system.
