About the role

Join EY’s Global Mobility Tax team as a Junior Personal Income Tax Compliance Consultant. You will support multinational clients in Belgium, ensuring their employees meet all personal income tax obligations while navigating cross‑border assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file Belgian resident and non‑resident personal income tax returns.
• Assist clients during tax audits, claims, and correspondence with tax authorities.
• Review tax bills, calculate tax equalisation, and apply for special tax concessions.
• Set up payroll for international assignments and provide related consultancy.
• Build and maintain relationships with payroll, global mobility, HR stakeholders, and employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all Belgian personal income tax compliance matters.
• Collaborate with internal HR legal and advisory teams to deliver a full service package.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and client‑focused attitude.
• Junior‑level experience or academic background in tax, finance, law or related fields.
