Junior Medical Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Medical Project Coordinator to support the delivery of medical and clinical projects. In this role you will keep workstreams moving, coordinate key activities and ensure timely updates across multiple stakeholders, making a direct impact on day‑to‑day project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Track tasks, schedules and deliverables for assigned medical projects.
• Coordinate activities across cross‑functional teams and maintain clear, timely communication.
• Prepare and distribute status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of project milestones, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Utilise Microsoft Office, Teams and shared documents to organise project information.

Required profile

• Relevant education in life sciences, health, business or project management.
• Junior‑level experience supporting project coordination activities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid or on‑site environment.
• Familiarity with regulated or compliance‑aware settings is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and shared working documents.
