Junior Legal Manager

About the role

Goodman is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Manager to join its Investment Management team in Continental Europe. This in‑house lawyer will support a wide range of corporate finance and fund‑related legal matters, gaining hands‑on experience with equity raisings, debt financings, M&A transactions and fund governance.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate transactions, including M&A, restructurings and equity raisings.
• Review and negotiate transactional documents such as NDAs, term sheets, exclusivity agreements and sale‑and‑purchase agreements under supervision.
• Manage transaction processes, including due diligence, conditions precedent, closing and post‑closing compliance.
• Assist with debt financing deals, including intra‑group loans, bond programmes, credit facilities and security arrangements.
• Review and negotiate finance documentation (EMTN prospectuses, facility agreements, intercreditor agreements) and monitor covenant compliance.
• Support the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds, handling fund documentation (LPA, PPM, subscription agreements) and related property management agreements.
• Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders across the European business.

Required profile

• Law degree with admission to practice (or equivalent qualification).
• Early‑stage legal professional eager to develop expertise in corporate finance and investment fund law.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
