About the role

This is a junior social law position based in Brussels, designed for candidates with 0‑1 year of experience. You will advise members on employment law matters while receiving close mentorship from the Head of Legal. The role sits within a well‑established professional organization that supports its members and the broader sector through legal expertise.

Key responsibilities

Provide advice to members on a range of employment law issues.
Research and interpret relevant legislation and case law.
Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and other documentation as needed.
Collaborate with the Head of Legal to ensure high‑quality guidance and professional development.
Contribute to the organization’s legal support activities for its members and sector initiatives.

Required profile

0‑1 year of professional experience in social or employment law.
Law degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong interest in social law and willingness to learn under mentorship.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
