Junior Legal Counsel – Social Law (Dutch) – Brussels

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel specialized in social law to join a well‑established professional organization in Brussels. You will work directly with members on employment‑law matters while receiving close mentorship from the Head of Legal.

Key responsibilities

• Advise members on individual employment issues such as termination, compensation, inspections, disputes and wellbeing.
• Support collective labour law matters, including collective agreements, social dialogue and elections.
• Monitor legal developments and translate them into practical guidance for members.
• Participate in meetings, working groups and legal discussions.
• Deliver trainings and information sessions, initially with guidance.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
• Fluent Dutch speaker (mandatory); good knowledge of French; English is a plus.
• Strong interest in employment and social law.
• Proactive, eager to learn and communicative.
