Junior Learning Experience Designer (LX Designer)

About the role

28DIGITAL is looking for a Junior Learning Experience Designer to join the Education Team of the European Wind Academy. You will help create engaging, learner‑centred experiences for a flagship skills initiative that aims to reach over 100,000 learners across Europe in the wind energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design learner journeys for online, blended and micro‑credential programmes.
• Transform subject‑matter expertise into storyboards, assessments and interactive activities.
• Apply design thinking and human‑centred design methods throughout course development.
• Conduct learner interviews, usability testing and analyse feedback to continuously improve courses.
• Support the development of micro‑credentials, Europass and EDC pathways and explore AI‑supported learning approaches.
• Collaborate with industry experts, trainers, universities and technology partners, and participate in international project meetings.

Required profile

• Graduate of the EIT Digital Master School (HCID strongly preferred) or a related programme.
• Background in Human‑Computer Interaction, UX Design, Service Design, Educational Technology or Learning Design.
• Strong interest in sustainability, education and digital transformation.
• Excellent written English.
