Junior IT Recruiter – Brussels or Namur

About the role

Aubay Belgium is expanding its Sales & Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Junior IT Recruiter to support its growth in Brussels and Namur. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for IT talent, helping to strengthen Aubay’s presence in the Belgian tech market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full IT recruitment cycle, from sourcing to follow‑up.
• Identify permanent and freelance candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and internal tools.
• Conduct pre‑screenings, coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Build and nurture a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide first‑level candidate support, including CV reviews and interview tips.
• Track recruitment activities and KPIs with guidance from senior recruiters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or about to graduate).
• Strong interest in recruitment and IT roles.
• Any prior experience in recruitment, HR or sourcing (internship, student job, project) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, active listening and critical thinking.
• Well‑organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong asset.
