Junior Full-Stack Analyst Developer (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Analyst Developer to join the Digital Foundations team of a major European city. This 8‑month freelance position will let you design, build and maintain full‑stack solutions that directly support public services and improve citizen interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack digital applications for the Digital Foundations team.
• Build and enhance the Data Steward solution, ensuring seamless integration with Authentic Sources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver secure, scalable and high‑performance services.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work on‑site in Brussels at least two days per week while following a hybrid model.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments (beginner level accepted).
• Ownership mindset with a passion for building impactful solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a drive for continuous learning.
