Junior Franchise Recruiter (Belgium) – Fixed-Term

About the role

As a Junior Franchise Recruiter you will support the Partnership Manager in sourcing, selecting and onboarding new franchise partners for KellyDeli’s sushi bar concept in Belgium. This fixed‑term position offers hands‑on experience in recruitment, training coordination and back‑office administration within a fast‑growing food‑service brand.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential franchisee networks, creating talent pools for future kiosk openings.
• Assist the Partnership Manager with contract preparation, filing and database updates of kiosk locations.
• Coordinate induction training for new franchise partners and ensure training records are signed off.
• Track recruitment metrics, including source of hire and progress of openings.
• Support communication initiatives such as partner newsletters, group projects and annual franchise summits.
• Help plan and organise partner events, including venue selection and catering logistics.

Required profile

• Experience or interest in recruitment, training or sales.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work both collaboratively and autonomously.
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); additional Asian language skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and a genuine enthusiasm for the brand.
• Knowledge of Asian culture or cuisine is advantageous.
