Junior Financial Analyst – Direct CFO Mentorship in Real Estate

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Brussels‑based real estate developer as a Junior Financial Analyst and work side‑by‑side with the CFO. You will be immersed in the full real‑estate value chain, from acquisition financing to project commercialization, gaining hands‑on experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day finance operations in Odoo, including invoice entry, supplier contracts and client invoicing for rentals, sales and project deliveries.
• Support banking relationships, monitor credit lines, cash needs and perform bank reconciliations.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, as well as specialised reporting packs for banks.
• Assist the CFO with financial analysis of projects and preparation of strategic decisions.
• Participate in cash‑flow optimisation and continuous improvement of finance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial analysis (including internships).
• Fluent in French and English; good knowledge of Dutch.
• Interest or experience in the real‑estate sector is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo finance modules.
