Junior Engineer

About the role

Sia is seeking a bright and dynamic Junior Engineer to join its consulting team. You will work on transformation projects for clients across various industries, helping them leverage data, analytics and innovative processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project assignments such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking and process mapping.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops and produce functional specifications.
• Support project teams quickly and take on team‑support roles as needed.
• Contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications and seminars within business units.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0‑3 years of consulting experience (or strong academic track record).
• Excellent teamwork, communication and analytical abilities.
• Strong interest in Energy, data and AI topics.
• Autonomous, result‑oriented, rigorous and committed.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, the Netherlands).
