Junior Engineer – Consulting (Data & AI)

About the role

Sia is seeking a bright and dynamic Junior Engineer to join its consulting team. You will work on transformation projects for clients, focusing on data-driven analysis and process improvement. The role offers fast‑track responsibility and exposure to international assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute project tasks such as intelligent data structuring, data analysis, benchmarking, and functional specifications.
• Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and map client processes.
• Support team activities and contribute to knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.
• Collaborate with senior consultants across various industry business units.

Required profile

• University Master in Civil Engineering or Business Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of consulting or relevant experience.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Interest in the Energy sector and data/AI topics.
• Trilingual in French, Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France, The Netherlands).
