Junior Corporate Associate (Law)

About the role

Osborne Clarke Brussels is seeking a recent Belgian law graduate to join its Corporate team as a Junior Corporate Associate starting in September 2023. You will work alongside an international group of experts, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from start‑ups to multinational corporations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day corporate matters and advise clients on routine corporate issues.
• Support international M&A transactions, including due diligence and documentation.
• Participate in equity and debt fundraising, joint ventures, acquisitions, ECM work and IPO processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across major European jurisdictions on cross‑border projects.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Belgian Master’s degree in law and strong academic results.
• Team player with an international mindset, eager to learn and innovate.
• Fluent in Dutch, excellent English, and good French.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, down‑to‑earth and enjoyable to work with.
