Junior Communications Coordinator & Office Manager

About the role
Engibex is seeking a motivated junior professional to support both its brand visibility and day‑to‑day office operations. Working closely with the leadership team, you will own two complementary pillars: marketing & communications and office administration.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow Engibex’s LinkedIn presence and manage other relevant social channels.
- Create and publish content such as articles, case studies, job posts and company news.
- Maintain the website – updating content, applying basic SEO, and refreshing visuals.
- Design simple graphics and communication materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Support recruitment marketing by drafting attractive job descriptions and promoting open positions.
- Track engagement metrics and recommend content improvements.
- Oversee daily office logistics: supplies, vendor relations, facilities coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Assist onboarding of new consultants, including welcome packs, equipment setup and access provisioning.
- Organise internal events, team‑building activities and manage branded merchandise stock.
- Maintain personnel files, coordinate consultant evaluations and help with payroll preparation.
- Manage the company vehicle fleet documentation, insurance, fuel cards and liaise with leasing partners.
- Handle telecom subscriptions and IT equipment inventory.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Administration or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships count).
- Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work autonomously in a fast‑moving SME.
- Discreet, reliable and trustworthy.
