Junior Commercial Controller – France & Benelux

About the role

DiaSorin is seeking a Junior Commercial Controller to support its commercial cluster across France and the Benelux region. You will work closely with sales, marketing and operations teams, providing financial analysis and reporting that drives performance and supports data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare regular sales and profitability reports by customer, product and channel.
• Support monthly closing activities, including variance analysis versus budget and forecasts.
• Analyze revenue, margins and pricing performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with commercial teams to monitor business performance and support pricing control initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and rolling forecasts, and explain variances.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies and planning processes.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree in Business Studies, Business Economics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, commercial controlling or a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
