Junior Business Manager

About the role

As a Junior Business Manager you will drive business development, oversee operational follow‑up and support the growth of our consulting activities. The role blends client acquisition, relationship management and talent recruitment to create lasting partnerships and deliver successful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new opportunities and build long‑term relationships with clients and strategic accounts.
• Define and implement commercial strategies for consulting projects, translating client needs into tailored solutions.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle – from needs analysis to proposal, negotiation and contract signing.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on their challenges and projects.
• Select and match consultants to client assignments, ensuring optimal talent utilisation.
• Lead negotiations to achieve profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Monitor commercial and operational performance by analysing KPIs and reporting results.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and consultants, ensuring quality, continuity and long‑term collaboration.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial, results‑driven and strategic thinker with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Experience in business development, preferably within consulting, and a track record of building lasting client relationships.
• Interest in recruitment and talent matching, with the ability to attract suitable profiles.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong negotiation skills, balancing business goals with client satisfaction.
• Autonomous, well‑organized and focused on quality and results.
• Higher‑education degree not mandatory; relevant professional experience is sufficient.
