Junior Business Manager

About the role
As a Junior Business Manager you will support the growth of our consulting practice by developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships and coordinating the placement of consultants on projects. You will work across the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, while ensuring the right talent is matched to client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and build long‑term relationships with clients and strategic accounts.
- Define and implement commercial strategies for consulting projects.
- Lead the sales process: needs analysis, proposal drafting, negotiation and contract signing.
- Advise clients on strategic challenges and project scope.
- Select and match consultants to client assignments, ensuring optimal talent utilization.
- Negotiate terms to achieve profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Monitor commercial and operational KPIs, report results and contribute to growth initiatives.
- Maintain a portfolio of clients and consultants to ensure quality and continuity.
Required profile
- Entrepreneurial and results‑driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
- Experience in business development, preferably within consulting.
- Interest and understanding of recruitment and talent matching.
- Excellent communication, relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Highly autonomous, well‑organized and focused on quality and results.
- Relevant professional experience can replace a formal degree.
