Junior Business Developer (Dutch/French)

About the role

ExoHub, Belgium’s specialist in professional and personal exoskeletons, is expanding its presence in Flanders. We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Developer who is fluent in Dutch and comfortable working in English and French to generate new opportunities and strengthen relationships across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients in industrial, logistics, healthcare and construction sectors.
• Arrange meetings, product demonstrations and follow‑up commercial opportunities from first contact to closing.
• Build long‑term relationships with HSE managers, prevention advisors, HR and operations managers.
• Participate in trade fairs, networking events and customer visits.
• Maintain and update CRM data accurately.
• Support the implementation of exoskeleton projects with customers.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to accelerate company growth.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, ambitious and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys meeting people, building relationships and making phone calls.
• Owns a valid driving licence.
• Positive attitude with a commercial mindset.

Required skills

• Fluent Dutch (mandatory).
• Professional English.
• Good knowledge of French.
