Junior Brand Manager (VIE)

About the role

Ferrero is looking for a motivated Junior Brand Manager to join its VIE program. You will work on iconic brands such as Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher and Raffaello, supporting the senior brand team in developing and executing marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Brand Manager and Head of New Business in creating the annual marketing plan for Better‑For‑You and Ice Cream categories.
• Develop action plans, allocate resources and help manage the brand budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure brand assets are delivered on time.
• Lead specific projects such as media campaigns and sampling activations.
• Monitor execution, analyse results and report on sales performance and ROI.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 28 at the time of application.
• Nationality of an EEA country.
• Compliance with national service obligations where applicable.
• Clean criminal record and medical fitness for the mission.
• First‑time VIE applicant (previous VIE/VIA experience disqualifies).
