Junior Associate – Real Estate & Transactions

About the role

Osborne Clarke is seeking a Junior Associate to join its Real Estate & Transactions team in Brussels. The role offers exposure to both real‑estate transactions and energy‑environment matters, working with institutional investors, developers and cross‑border clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on acquisition and disposal of real estate and real‑estate companies.
• Handle rights in rem, joint ventures, leases, financing structures and related litigation.
• Provide advice to institutional and private investors, real‑estate funds and developers.
• Support energy and environmental projects by preparing permits, drafting and negotiating supply, EPC and O&M contracts.
• Advise on regulatory issues affecting energy and environmental law.
• Maintain autonomy over assigned files and ensure timely follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in transactional real‑estate law.
• Strong interest in energy and environmental law.
• Master’s degree in law with good academic results.
• Fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Team player with an international mindset, eager to learn and innovate.
