About the role

Doctoranytime is looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join its fast‑growing team in Belgium. You will help healthcare professionals optimise their online profiles and ensure high satisfaction for both practitioners and patients using the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals using Doctoranytime.
• Update and improve customer web pages to showcase their services.
• Guide users through the platform’s features and support them in daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell relevant services and increase loyalty.
• Contribute to the digital transformation of the health sector.

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in startups and health tech.
• Enjoys customer contact and problem solving.
• Team‑player, energetic and positive attitude.
• Desire to improve access to care for patients.
