About the role

As an IT Technical Support professional at Netcompany, you will join a team that enables public and private organisations across Europe to thrive in a digital world. You will be the first point of contact for users, ensuring that hardware and software operate smoothly and securely.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair software and hardware issues.
• Perform regular hardware and software maintenance.
• Install cables, configure systems and document system addresses and configurations.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and apply temporary fixes to maintain security and functionality.
• Communicate effectively with end‑users and management.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of incident, problem, change and configuration management.
• User‑focused with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and French (C1 level) for both spoken and written communication.

Required skills

• Workstation and peripheral support on Windows 10 and above.
• Patch management.
• IP address management (IPAM) systems.
• Use of diagnostic tools for hardware/software troubleshooting.
