IT Technical Architect – Lead Technical Design & Modernization

About the role

Yuzzu, an insurance broker within the AXA Group, is looking for an IT Technical Architect to drive its IT modernization agenda. Reporting to the CIO, you will act as a servant leader, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions that support the organization’s IT strategy.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of new PaaS and SaaS solutions.
• Oversee the main IT solutions providers and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate technical projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Integrate technical plans with the roadmaps of various IT teams, promoting Agile/Scrum practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security best practices, and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Produce and keep up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Lead the DevOps team and remove obstacles that hinder project progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading technical architecture initiatives within a complex, multi‑team environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and servant‑leadership principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical experts, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication skills to align teams around common goals.
