IT Support Technician – Antwerp & Brussels

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support / IT Care Technician to join our team in Belgium, serving users in Antwerp and Brussels. The role focuses on delivering reliable hardware and software support while ensuring smooth access management.

Key responsibilities

• Install, distribute and maintain end‑user hardware and software, including devices, printers and workplace applications.
• Handle service requests, manage user access, and provide first‑line support.
• Accurately log technical incidents and track them through resolution.
• Analyze tickets and metrics to identify recurring issues and propose improvements.
• Suggest technical enhancements to improve user experience and team efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in French and Dutch; good command of English in an IT context.
• Customer‑oriented, strong communicator and team player.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Office 365 suite.
• Microsoft Intune.
• Active Directory.
• ITIL framework.
