IT Support Specialist – Onsite (Brussels)

About the role

Join the IT support team of a prestigious European Institution in Brussels and help users work efficiently by providing on‑site technical assistance. You will be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, ensuring a reliable and secure IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems for end users.
• Install and configure laptops, desktops, peripherals and related equipment.
• Handle IT incidents and service requests, providing timely resolutions.
• Perform maintenance, updates, and diagnostics on IT assets.
• Set up workstations, manage cabling and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and configuration records.
• Contribute to a secure, reliable and efficient IT environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk or Desktop Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills in English and French (C1 level).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of issues and pay attention to detail.
