IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team, providing both remote and on‑site assistance to ensure smooth operation of our IT environment. The role combines service‑desk duties, incident analysis, and problem resolution for a diverse user base, including VIP users.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Service Desk Agent, Incident Analyst, and Problem Analyst, handling and resolving IT incidents efficiently.
• Provide first‑ and second‑line support to maximize first‑contact resolution.
• Deliver remote and on‑site technical support, with dedicated assistance for VIP users.
• Install, configure, and reconfigure PCs, workstations, and user environments.
• Develop, maintain, and update operational support procedures and technical documentation.
• Create and manage knowledge‑base articles to support continuous service improvement.
• Perform application testing, administration, and basic maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with System Administrators and Database Administrators on operational and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an IT support or Service Desk environment.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented, solution‑driven, and professional with strong communication abilities.
