IT Service Desk Technician

About the role

The IT Service Desk Technician will provide first‑line support to end users in a NATO‑Secret environment, ensuring rapid resolution of hardware and software incidents. This position is based in Brussels and offers a flexible start date.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑contact resolution for a wide range of IT issues, including laptops, VPN connectivity, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot and configure mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) using Mobile Device Management tools.
• Manage user access, incident, service request, and change tickets throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records in IT asset management systems.
• Create and update standard operating procedures, support documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Work independently with limited supervision and perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 1st‑level Service Desk or Help Desk support.
• Good spoken French to communicate with local users.
• Ability to work autonomously in a secure environment.
