IT GRC Consultant – Business Continuity & BIA

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT GRC Consultant specialized in Business Continuity to temporarily strengthen our IT Governance, Risk & Compliance team. Reporting to the IT Risk Manager, you will act as the main liaison between IT, business units, Security, Audit, and Compliance on continuity, risk, and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and facilitate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops with stakeholders.
• Identify critical processes, dependencies, impacts and define RTO, RPO and MTD.
• Prepare, maintain and update BIA documentation.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Support integration of information‑security requirements into business and IT processes.
• Assist the evolution of the GRC framework and participate in DORA and ISO 27001 compliance initiatives.
• Review and update policies, procedures and standards to meet regulatory and best‑practice standards.
• Monitor audit recommendations, coordinate remediation actions and provide evidence for corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analyses.
• Strong background in Business Continuity Management.
• Solid understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance principles.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and DORA regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and communicate findings clearly.
