IT & Corporate Recruiter (Hybrid, Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT & Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Brussels on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on sourcing, selecting and onboarding top talent for our IT and corporate functions, ensuring a candidate‑driven and efficient recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions, analyse requirements and prepare recruitment materials.
• Source candidates through databases, social media, LinkedIn, job fairs and other channels while promoting the employer brand.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and employer‑branding experts to design and launch targeted recruitment campaigns.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess skills and experience, and support onboarding of new hires.
• Contribute to the overall recruiting strategy and implement best practices for internal customers.
• Monitor recruitment trends, collaborate with department managers to anticipate future hiring needs, and participate in internal meetings and projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in an IT or corporate environment.
• Pro‑active, result‑oriented and accountable for deliverables.
• Flexible, agile working attitude and strong team player.
• Creative, out‑of‑the‑box mindset with a can‑do approach to process improvement.
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure or engineering sectors is a plus.
