IRISNext Product Developer

About the role

IRIS IMS is looking for a Product Developer to join the IRISNext team, the core Content Services Platform that helps organisations manage and unlock the value of their information. You will work on a real enterprise platform, receive mentorship from senior engineers, and contribute to the next generation of the product.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the IRISNext architecture, APIs, and integration mechanisms while supporting customer installations.
• Provide third‑line R&D support, resolving complex technical issues escalated from support teams.
• Perform architectural and functional analysis, develop and maintain back‑end engines and services, and create modern front‑end components using Vue 3.
• Participate in functional and regression testing, produce internal documentation, and help improve development standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Fluent in French or English, with professional proficiency in the second language.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Java.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Solid experience using Vue.js (Vue 3) or comparable frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and integration mechanisms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database engines.
