International Sales Manager – Foodservice & Distribution

About the role

We are a Belgian producer of high‑quality burgers and meat products looking to expand our presence in the global foodservice, wholesale and distribution markets. As an International Sales Manager you will drive B2B sales, open new markets and strengthen relationships with distributors, importers and foodservice partners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and markets across multiple regions.
• Manage the full sales cycle for frozen food and meat product lines, from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Leverage existing networks of distributors, importers and wholesalers to increase market share.
• Coordinate private‑label projects and collaborate with internal product teams.
• Represent the company at international trade events and maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international B2B sales within foodservice, wholesale or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of frozen food and meat products.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation abilities.
• Independent, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience with private‑label projects is a plus.
