International Sales Manager – Europe

About the role

ARIAN GmbH is seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to expand its footprint across Europe. You will be responsible for acquiring new B2B clients in the retail and brand sectors, guiding them from first contact through to production integration.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across retail and brand markets throughout Europe.
• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to contract closure.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technical and Marketing teams to ensure feasible, cost‑accurate solutions.
• Negotiate commercial terms and meet profitability targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven track record in international B2B sales, preferably in print, POS, retail or manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and growing accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
• Technical understanding of production processes and materials.
• Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capability.
• Excellent English; additional languages are a plus.
• High willingness to travel internationally.
