International Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an International Recruiter to join our growing team in Antwerp. You will connect top‑tier talent from our network across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Sweden and Austria with sustainable projects for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Screen CVs, head‑hunt and interview candidates for specialist roles.
• Guide candidates through every step of the selection process, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with placed candidates and match them to future projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and deliver the best talent fit.

Required profile

• Work permit for Belgium.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in recruitment.
• Strong commercial drive, curiosity and eagerness to succeed.
• Fluent English and a second European language, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Daily use of Boolean search techniques.
• Proficiency with online sourcing platforms and recruitment tools.
