Insurance Consultant

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Insurance Consultant to join its Business Architecture team in Brussels. You will work on international IT transformation projects for financial services clients, applying the latest AI trends and insurance expertise to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and deliver client‑focused insurance solutions within a global network.
• Manage a small team and project scope, ensuring quality, risk, and issue management.
• Drive high‑value outcomes by applying Accenture’s client value propositions.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance client experiences.
• Collaborate with near‑shore and off‑shore teams across multiple delivery methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an insurance domain (e.g., Life, Non‑Life).
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
• Proven experience in resource management, team coaching, scope and risk management, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of project estimation, planning, and delivery‑management frameworks.
• Experience working with near‑shore or off‑shore teams.
• Strong people‑management abilities and capability to contribute to RFP/RFI processes.
• Interest or affinity for AI is a plus.
