Transaction Services Expert

About the role

Join PwC’s Transaction Services team in Brussels to lead high‑impact financial due diligence projects and guide clients through complex transactions, delivering quality outcomes and exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements across various industries and transaction sizes.
• Analyse financial performance, earnings quality, working capital trends, cash flows and debt positions to support investment decisions.
• Collaborate with specialists from strategy, tax, legal, HR, technology and managed services to provide integrated advice.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients, investors and senior executives throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in financial due diligence, M&A advisory or transaction services.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities and solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for large‑dataset analysis and financial modelling.
• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx or similar data‑analytics tools.
