Inside Sales Representative (Antwerp)

About the role

The Inside Sales Representative will support the commercial team in Antwerp, working closely with the Sales Manager to prepare quotations, schedule customer meetings, maintain accurate customer data, and assist with marketing initiatives. This role contributes to the growth of Customs Support Group by ensuring smooth commercial processes and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Support the Sales Manager with scheduling customer meetings and appointments.
• Manage and maintain customer data in internal systems, including Salesforce, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
• Monitor ongoing commercial activities and customer files, reporting progress to the department manager.
• Participate in and support marketing initiatives and commercial campaigns.
• Contribute to the efficient execution of commercial processes while providing excellent customer support.
