Information Technology Project Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing technology company in Lokeren that needs an experienced IT Project Manager to act as the bridge between Operations and Technical teams. You will coordinate projects, manage client contracts, and ensure technical initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage sprint activities for the Operations team.
• Facilitate collaboration between Operations, Engineering and Support.
• Monitor timelines, priorities and resource allocation; report status to stakeholders.
• Manage client contracts, act as primary contact, and support account management.
• Oversee timesheet management, on‑call schedules and support workload prioritisation.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate on infrastructure and platform projects, including containerised and cloud‑native initiatives.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and ensure technical requirements align with business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT or Technical Project Manager handling multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of IT service delivery, support operations and incident management.
• Organisational and administrative expertise, including contract and resource management.
