Industrial HR Business Partner

About the role

Ferrero is seeking an impact‑oriented Industrial HR Business Partner to join its Arlon plant, home to iconic brands such as Kinder Schokobons, Raffaello and Kinder Surprise. You will play a central role in labor relations, compliance, workforce planning and cost management for a workforce of over 1,200 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily interactions with employee representatives and unions for 800+ blue‑collar staff, handling negotiations on scheduling, flexibility, seasonality and organisational changes.
• Act as a strategic People & Organization partner to operations leaders, supporting line managers in performance, efficiency and engagement.
• Provide data‑driven insights for labour planning, budgeting and performance analysis.
• Ensure full compliance with Belgian labour legislation, contracts and internal policies.
• Drive resource planning across peak and low seasons and support labour cost optimisation.
• Oversee accurate execution of core P&O processes (reward, performance, contracts, learning & development, recruitment) for shop‑floor employees.
• Facilitate clear internal communication between management and staff.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of HR experience in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in labour relations, negotiations and managing large blue‑collar populations.
• Deep knowledge of Belgian labour law and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage seasonality, labour cost constraints and high‑pace industrial settings.
• Results‑oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ethical standards.
• Excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
