Independent Country Head – Belgium

About the role

We are a Hong Kong‑based menswear and fashion company seeking a motivated, independent professional to lead our sales activities in Belgium. As the Country Head you will act as the brand’s representative, building relationships with retailers and B2B partners to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Belgian market.
• Leverage your local network to secure retail and wholesale accounts.
• Promote the company’s custom clothing and ready‑to‑wear collections to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Provide regular market feedback to the international team.

Required profile

• Resident of Belgium with a strong local network.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, retail or B2B environments.
