ICT Support Specialist

About the role

Inditex is looking for an ICT Support Specialist to join its Brussels headquarters. You will provide first‑line and second‑line technical assistance to stores and corporate users, ensuring that hardware and software run smoothly in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hardware and software support for Windows 11 PCs, iPads, Android devices, iOS devices, smartphones, tablets and PDAs.
• Monitor, prioritize and resolve IT tickets from stores and head‑office staff.
• Provide second‑line assistance to retail locations, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
• Act as the primary contact for IT requests from headquarters employees.
• Support IT implementation projects and follow up on technical deliverables.
• Coordinate external support engineers and service providers.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to maintain continuity of all IT processes.

Required profile

• Proactive, independent and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable working under pressure and prioritizing tasks.
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch or Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite at the Brussels headquarters.
