HR & Talent Coordinator

About the role

We are expanding rapidly across Belgium and the Netherlands and need a proactive HR & Talent Coordinator to own the full recruitment and onboarding journey for all locations. You will act as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth, human‑focused experience from the first job post to day one on the floor.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for all stores, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and closing.
• Write authentic job postings that reflect our brand voice.
• Source candidates actively on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain the Recruitee ATS, ensuring timely and personalized communication with every applicant.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics: first‑day planning, paperwork, tool access and welcome activities.
• Collaborate with HR and team leads to continuously improve onboarding processes as we scale.
• Keep the careers page up‑to‑date and on‑brand.
• Support general HR administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in an in‑house recruitment role or agency background with a clear understanding of in‑house dynamics.
• Proven ability to attract passive candidates.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized, structured and able to maintain a personal touch.
• Thrives in fast‑moving, changing environments.
• Based in or near Antwerp.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Recruitee (or a similar applicant tracking system).
• Effective use of LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
