About the role

Join AYES Belgium as an HR & Recruiter and support the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to a people‑focused culture. You will work in a dynamic, international environment that values flexibility, proximity, expertise, and reactivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Conduct interviews, maintain candidate communication, and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and social‑media presence.
• Assist with general HR activities such as employee engagement events and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good foundation in the other language, plus English.
