HR Partner Specialist – Employee Lifecycle Advisor

About the role

As an HR Partner Specialist at Accenture in Brussels, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting the full employee lifecycle and contributing to a high‑performing, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advice on a broad range of topics, ensuring consistent application of policies and Belgian employment legislation.
• Support the annual talent cycle, including performance reviews, promotions, talent discussions and career development.
• Partner with leadership to identify workforce challenges, people risks and opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Assist with organizational changes, internal mobility, transfers, restructuring and workforce planning.
• Coach managers on people management, employee engagement, performance management and difficult conversations.
• Manage complex employee cases together with Employee Relations and specialist teams.
• Execute HR processes in Workday, maintaining data quality and compliance.
• Analyse workforce metrics and people insights to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across Belgium, France, Mauritius and global teams to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Promote Accenture’s culture of inclusion, wellbeing, ethics and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field.
• Relevant experience in HR advisory or business partnering, preferably at a mid‑level.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence across multiple functions.
