HR Officer – Recruitment Specialist for Legal Professionals

About the role

As an HR Officer at Lydian, you will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, focusing on attracting top legal talent for our fast‑growing law firm. You will work closely with hiring managers and external partners to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Publish and manage job vacancies for lawyers and legal professionals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial selection interviews, and coordinate the full recruitment cycle up to contract offer.
• Represent Lydian at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and summer programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and emerging talent pools.
• Prepare recruitment reports, HR analyses, and provide backup support for payroll and contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in a law firm or legal sector is a strong asset.
• Proactive, professional attitude with strong communication and assertiveness.
• Accurate, organized, and detail‑oriented work style.
