HR Coordinator – Maternity Leave Replacement

About the role
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to cover a maternity leave period. This temporary role will support our employees and HR business partners in a dynamic, international environment based at the Parc Scientifique du Sart Tilman.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal and administrative support to employees on all personnel‑related matters.
- Maintain master data in the personnel information system and manage personnel archiving.
- Assist HR business partners with recruiting, onboarding, change, and exit processes.
- Lead independent HR projects within the assigned area and contribute to larger, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Support office and travel management tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Several years of experience in HR or general administration.
- Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and service orientation.
- Interest in working in an international, multilingual setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
